Common questions

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Your free trial gives you full, unlimited access for 30 days. At the end, you choose a plan and enter your card. If you don't, the account pauses — no charges, no data deletion for 14 more days.

What counts as one "call"?

Each inbound call handled by the AI agent counts as one call, regardless of length or outcome. Test calls made during setup don't count toward your allowance.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep your current features until then.

What if I go over my included calls?

Calls never stop or get throttled — your service keeps running. Extra calls are billed at £0.35 each, added to your next invoice. You get a dashboard warning at 80% so you can upgrade first if you prefer.

What is a "housing association" for billing purposes?

Each distinct client organisation (e.g. CAHA, St Mungos) counts as one. You can have as many operatives, supervisors, and workflow rules per client as you need — those aren't counted or limited.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — paying annually saves you the equivalent of two months. Toggle the billing switch above to see annual pricing. Annual plans renew automatically but can be cancelled before renewal.

How is payment handled?

All payments go through Stripe. We never store your card details. You get a VAT receipt automatically after each charge and can access all invoices through the in-app billing portal.

What's the Enterprise plan for?

Enterprise is for organisations managing 15+ housing associations, needing white-label deployment, CAFM/Oneserve integration, SSO, or bespoke SLA terms. Get in touch and we'll build a custom package.
